Translate to English Leicht süßlicher, etwas wachsiger und nussiger Duft mit ein wenig warmen gelbfruchtigen und angedeutet gelb-gewürzigen Noten, Pilzen und gemüsigen Tönen. Fast schon ein wenig entwickelt wirkende gelbe Frucht, passende Säure, ein wenig antrocknender Gerbstoff, wieder gemüsige und pilzige Töne am Gaumen, ein Hauch Senf, verhaltene Süße, aber auch gewisses Bitter, ordentlicher, wieder ein wenig trocknender Abgang.
