2019 Neef Petersberg trocken AAA Nr. 31.2, Mosel, Germany

Very slightly muted, nutty and hinted toasty aroma of mixed berries and a little cherry with a hint of pepper and herbs. Sweet fruit with moderate, crumbly-sandy tannins and some acid bite, nutty flavours, a hint of tar in the background, somewhat muted, earthy tones, a hint of ash and iodine, good, again sweet finish with delicate bitter-smoky hints.
