Vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, yellow fruit, mineral and light floral notes. Sweetish fruit on the palate, tart vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, elegant acidity, integrated tannins, fairly persistent, hint of mushrooms, salty notesd in the background, minty traces, fairly noticeable mineral notes on a otherwise rather soft, sweetish finish. Would have been even better with slightly lesssugar and more precision.
