Ripe, partly dried fruit, sweet, but also with tart nutty, tobacco and cedary-woody aromas, clearly bitter chocolate on the palate, fine sandy, ripe tannin, warming alcohol, good substance and persistence, some depth, dried plums, cardamom and iodine in the background, very good, firm finish
