Clear, well-polished, delicately nutty and smoky citrus scent with core fruit notes and a hint of tobacco. Quite juicy, youthful fruit with moderate melt and very fine acidity, slightly vanilla and nutty barrel tones, delicate grip, good sustainability, a bit of nut butter in the background, then fine root vegetable tones, a bit of salt, quite dense, still rather undeveloped, very good finish.

Editor note: Deep, smoky, delicately bacon-like and finely vegetal scent with astringent citrus aromas, a hint of celery and mineral notes. Firm, herb-juicy, polished and slightly melting, ripe fruit, nutty, somewhat smoky, root-vegetable and bacon-like notes, bright wood, fine acidity and a bit of grip, persistent on the palate, relatively dense, salty minerality, very good, firm finish with spice, ripe juice and again a certain melting.
